Dishrackcat.com is an outgrowth of the Illustrated Obituary of Moses Marques, a graphic elegy created by Sarah Marques to memorialize her life with Moses throughout their eighteen-year coexistence. In life, Moses was inspirational. Her studied, blasé watchfulness was admirable and instructive, reflective of her internal delicacy. She thought in Edwardian script.
Moses is celebrated with a hardcover edition of the Obituary and some kitchen textiles with illustrations from this work.
